Most firms in this market sell delivery: a specification arrives, a system is built, and the engagement completes at handover. We sell both halves — the building, and the years afterwards, which is where a system earns back what it cost.

That is why the engagement model is published rather than kept inside a proposal. Six stages, from the first conversation to the systems still working a year later, written down where a prospective client can read them before deciding anything.

We also build and operate our own products alongside client work. It keeps our engineering close to the realities of operating software every day, as well as building it.
